Project Name: Poland 13000BPH juice filling machine
Background: Customers from Poland bought our juice filling machine, 13000BPH capacity.The problem is often the machine stops filling without reason, the output does not reach the standard.
Solve:
We found that it was because the automatic control system of the hot filling equipment found that the temperature of the feed did not meet the required temperature.So it automatically closed the valve to make the juice return to the mixing system and heat the juice again.
As a result, the juice quantity in the hydraulic cylinder can not meet the requirements, and the machine automatically stops running. After notification, the manufacturer improved the pre deployment temperature and the machine returned to normal operation.
