Small Beer Filling Line

Project Name: Small Beer Filling Line 500 Bottles Per Hour.

Background: The Polish customer is running a small brewery with limited investment budget. So that how to tailor this production line poses challenges to our engineering design, production, installation and commissioning. Finally, we determined the solution and improved the machine performance without affecting the quality of beer production.

2019/5 Contract signed

2019/10 On-site installation

2019/10/21 The client was trained for some difficulties: spare parts exchange, observation details, equipment cleaning and maintain etc.

2019/11/15 The overall operation of the production line was stable but some details needed our guidance such as cap gnawed problem, slurry phenomenon in valve etc. We provided perfect solutions in time.
