This Fruit Juice Hot Filling Machine Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1 unit is used to produce glass/PET bottled drinking juice. The RXGF Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1 unit:juice Machinery can finish all the process such as press bottle, filling and sealing, it can reduce the materials and Outsiders touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency.
1.Washing Part
- Except the down framework, the transmission parts and some parts that must be made of special materials. Other parts are all made of stainless steel 304.
- The roller bearing is made of stainless steel, the sealing ring is made of EPDM material, and plastic is made of UMPE.
- The gripper is made of stainless steel, the position where hold the bottleneck is made of food standard rubber.
- Rinsing time can be guaranteed for 4 seconds.
2.Filling part
- The entire filler is micro negative pressure filling system .Unique re-flux design saves cost, convenient for external CIP (clean in place)cleaning system.
- High accurate SUS304L construction filling nozzle, make sure high accurate filling level SUS304L liquid bowl, pipeline system .
- Filling level adjustable by choosing different silicone gasket (quick change over parts) No bottles, no filling .
- Butterfly type liquid bowl, with automatic water level controller.
- If the fruit juice contains fruit granules, we need two different canned parts. First, fill the fruit granules with piston type filler, and then fill the fruit juice with equal pressure filler.
3.Capping part
- Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.
- Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.
- The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
- Use waterfall or centrifugal cap cover machine.

Applications
RXGF series juice filling line is used to produce PET bottled juice within the volume from 200ml to 2000ml. Different models can satisfy the various output requirements from 1500B/H to 25000B/H.this machine incorporates rinsing, filling, and capping into one kind of full-automatic equipment. It is suitable for producing PET and Plastic bottled juice and tea. The method of filling adopts hot filling. The equipment is fitted with advanced Mitsubishi PLC to control the operation and cooperate by the primary motor’s frequency converter. It makes the process more stable and reliable. The photoelectric sensor is used to detect each section’s operating conditions, which makes the operation of this equipment highly automatic and convenient.
