1. Project Background

This client had two production lines, one for carbonated beverages and one for juice drinks. However, due to defective parts, some of the equipment was unable to function normally or was experiencing low efficiency. Since the client’s outdated production line equipment was purchased from a local intermediary, after-sales service was difficult to guarantee. Therefore, the client proactively sought our professional support.

2. Project Implementation

Based on the on-site video provided by the customer, our technical team conducted a precise analysis, identified the root cause of the equipment problem, and provided the customer with a list of required replacement parts. We successfully assisted the customer in resolving the filling machine issue, effectively improving their production efficiency.

During a subsequent visit to the customer’s facility, we received a warm welcome. During the factory tour, the customer further reported that the mixer on their carbonated beverage production line was performing poorly, resulting in low carbon dioxide content in the carbonated beverages and a noticeable decrease in taste.

After inspecting the equipment, our team recommended upgrading the existing two-barrel mixer to a five-barrel mixer. The five-barrel mixer offers greater mixing precision and, through a multi-stage carbonation process, significantly increases the carbon dioxide concentration in the beverage. The customer ultimately accepted our recommendation and purchased a five-barrel mixer from us to replace the old equipment.

In addition, our team also diagnosed the customer’s other production line equipment and provided specific recommendations for part replacement and periodic maintenance.

This visit deepened effective communication with the customer, fully demonstrated our professional capabilities, earned their trust, and laid a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation.
