Project Name：Small Beer Filling Line 500 Bottles Per Hour
1. Project Background
The Polish customer runs a small brewery with a limited investment budget. Tailoring an efficient production line within these budget limits posed unique challenges for our engineering design, production, installation, and commissioning. Ultimately, we determined a customized solution that improved machine performance without compromising the high quality of the beer production.
2. Project Milestone Timeline
- May 2020: Contract officially signed.
- October 2020: On-site equipment installation completed.
- October 21, 2020: Comprehensive staff training conducted.
- November 15, 2020: The overall operation of the production line is highly stable.
3. Training & Operational Support
During the training and early production phases, we helped the client master key operations, including:
- Spare parts replacement and exchange.
- Critical pre-start observation details.
- Equipment cleaning, sanitation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Resolving minor initial details such as cap gnawing issues and valve slurry phenomena, for which we provided timely and perfect technical solutions.
