Beer Filling Machine

This Beer Filling Machine Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit is used to produce glass bottled beer. The BXGF Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit:beer Machinery can finish all the process such as press bottle, filling and sealing, it can reduce the materials and Outsiders touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency.

Bottle Warmer

Because carbonated beverages are filled at low temperature (commonly 4-10℃), and the room temperature in summer is much higher than this, in such an environment, the moisture in the air is very easy to condense and dew on the outer surface of the bottle, which is used for subsequent packaging and operation. Especially if it is packed in a cardboard box, dew soaks the cardboard, which can cause serious damage. Therefore, a bottle warmer must be set after the filling machine to heat the bottle body to room temperature.

The bottle warmer is a tunnel-type spraying equipment.
