Project Overview
Project Name:Vietnam 18000BPH juice filling line
1. Project Background
Rita Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. established a processing base in Vietnam to produce canned beverages such as coconut water, soy milk, juice, soft drinks, coffee, beer, and other beverages. It is located in Songby Industrial Park, covering an area of 30,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 3,000,000 boxes of beverages. Rita has established a strong research and development team, and is constantly improving its manufacturing process and the quality standards of its products. Rita has now become a famous brand in Vietnam, sold in supermarkets and international markets.
SinoPAK and Rita have maintained an excellent relationship for more than 10 years. Since 2017, to improve production line efficiency and product quality, Rita decided to choose SinoPAK as their partner. At the end of 2019, SinoPAK and Rita seized the second opportunity for cooperation to establish an 18,000BPH juice production line in Vietnam.
2. Project Timeline
- December 2019: Contract signed with the Vietnamese customer.
- February 10, 2020: Our engineers installed the equipment at the customer’s site.
- March 15, 2020: The machinery was fully operational and staff training was conducted.
3. Staff Training & Commissioning
The client’s staff was trained to handle various operating details, including:
- How to replace changeover parts and critical areas requiring attention.
- Key observations and checks required before starting up the machine.
4. Customer Feedback & Support
On April 15, 2020, the client reported that the overall operation of the production line was stable, with some technical questions requiring our remote guidance. For example, the issue of the evenness of pulp particles in the juice was successfully and quickly resolved through our timely and effective communication with the customer.
