Project Overview
Project Name：Venezuela 16000BPH juice filling production line
Project Background
On October 17, 2022, Venezuela customers purchased the juice filling production line of our factory, featuring a 16000BPH 4-in-1 fruit juice filling machine. Finally, with the efforts of our engineer team, we determined the solution and improved the vacuumizing, filling, capping, and other links without affecting the quality of production.
Customer Use Issues & Solutions
- Problem: The filling quantity of fruit grain was not stable, and there was a constant clogging problem.
- Reason: There were some errors in the understanding of the viscosity of the fruit juice and the size/diameter of the fruit granules. This resulted in the plug filling valve being blocked. Additionally, the change of viscosity under the influence of temperature led to an unstable filling speed for the fruit granules.
- Solution: We immediately manufactured new custom filling valves and dispatched our engineers to the customer’s site to replace the valves, which quickly and successfully resolved this issue.
