Project Overview
Project Name:2,500 BPH Water Production Line for Mr. Chola in Zambia
1. Project Background
In November 2021, Mr. Chola reached out to the SinoPAK team with a vision to establish a 2,500 BPH water production line in Zambia. At the time, Mr. Chola was in the process of drilling a borehole and constructing a factory. Understanding the importance of proper planning, the SinoPAK team offered valuable advice on the layout and design of the production facility, tailored to the specific requirements of a 2,500 BPH water line. This guidance provided Mr. Chola with a clear direction, ensuring that the factory would be well-suited for efficient production.
2. Project Implementation
Ongoing Support
While Mr. Chola needed time to complete the construction of his facility, the SinoPAK team maintained regular communication through video calls, providing updates on their ongoing projects involving 2,500 BPH water production lines for other clients. This continuous support kept Mr. Chola informed and engaged, allowing him to stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements. By November 2022, Mr. Chola informed SinoPAK that the construction of his factory was complete and requested the preparation of a contract. In response, SinoPAK promptly began the production of the 2,500 BPH water line. By January 2023, the production was finished, and the equipment was shipped to Zambia.
Installation and Commissioning
In March 2023, Mr. Chola received the 2,500 BPH production line. Due to the high level of automation and ease of operation of the equipment, Mr. Chola decided that onsite engineering assistance from SinoPAK was not necessary. Instead, the SinoPAK team provided remote video guidance during the installation and commissioning process. Whenever Mr. Chola encountered issues, the team responded within 24 hours, enabling him to bring the production line into trial operation within just two weeks. Mr. Chola was thoroughly impressed and expressed his satisfaction with a thumbs-up!
Challenges During Installation
- Cap Misalignment During Capping: Mr. Chola faced issues with caps being misaligned during the capping process. The SinoPAK team advised checking the alignment between the capping mechanism and the bottle neck to ensure proper capping. This adjustment resolved the issue.
- Temperature Control During Bottle Blowing: Temperature control was another challenge during the bottle-blowing process. The SinoPAK team recommended that Mr. Chola experiment with different temperature settings and record the results to determine the optimal temperature for his specific bottle preforms. This proactive approach helped establish the ideal temperature settings for future production.
Outcome
Through the collaborative efforts of SinoPAK and Mr. Chola, the 2,500 BPH water production line was successfully installed and commissioned in Zambia. The project demonstrated SinoPAK’s ability to provide comprehensive support, from factory layout design to remote troubleshooting during installation. Mr. Chola’s satisfaction with the final outcome underscores SinoPAK’s commitment to delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions that meet the specific needs of their clients.
