Project Background

In 2019, we met a potential client from the Dominican Republic at a trade show in Colombia. This client runs a bottled water factory and, at the time, operated a 12,000 BPH bottled water production line and a 600 BPH 5-gallon bottled water line. However, they were facing significant operational instability and maintenance challenges. While keeping current lines running, the client sought to expand capacity and was considering purchasing an additional filling line with a capacity of 18,000 BPH or 24,000 BPH.

Why the Client Chose Us

After understanding the client’s requirements, we dispatched professional pre-sales engineers to inspect their factory. During the inspection, several key areas were identified and resolved:

• Bottle Unscrambler: The old bottle unscrambler was inefficient, causing high waste and bottle damage. We recommended replacing it with our new unscrambler design, which later operated flawlessly and eliminated bottle breakage.
• Old Filling Machines: Key components were worn out. We replaced the bottle clamp springs, water distribution tray, seals, anti-rotation blades, and magnetic suction cups.
• Shrink Wrapping Machine: We replaced sealing knives, sealing strips, shrink tunnel conveyor belts, relays, and heating resistors.
• Conveyor System: Bearings and chain sprockets were wearing out due to poor lubrication. We serviced and replaced them.
• Water Treatment System: We replaced the control panel and ozone generating tube of the ozone generator.

Our rapid delivery (within just one week) and professional service on these repairs earned the client’s absolute trust, leading to further purchases.

Expanding Capacity

In 2022, following the pandemic, the client approached us again to expand production. They inquired about a complete 24,000 BPH bottled water production line. After thorough discussions and proposal revisions, we signed the contract in 2023.

Successful Project Handover

In early 2024, the client received all the equipment. They chose to install the system with their own team, while SinoPAK provided professional online guidance and support. Within a month, the complete 24,000 BPH bottled water production line was fully operational and running stably. We provided a comprehensive maintenance manual, a list of regularly required replacement parts, and continue to provide outstanding ongoing support.
