As a large drinking water production enterprise committed to providing premium quality drinking water for many years, they needed to introduce a new 15000BPH drinking water filling line to expand production capacity, guarantee product quality, reduce operational costs, and enhance their market competitiveness.

2. Project Implementation

2.1 Equipment Selection

• Water Treatment System: Multi-stage filtration and reverse osmosis (RO) system to ensure ultra-pure water quality.
• Blow Molding Machine: Variable-intercept blow molding machine utilizing our latest high-efficiency, stable technology.
• Filling System: High-speed 32-head three-in-one automatic filling machine (15,000 BPH).
• Labeling Machine: Fully automatic rotary hot melt adhesive labeling machine to improve efficiency and precision.
• Packaging Machine: L-type film wrapping machine for secure group packaging.

2.2 Process Flow

Raw Water Treatment → Blow Molding → Air Conveying → Rinsing/Filling/Capping → Hot Melt Glue Labeling → Film Shrink Packaging.

4. Challenges and Solutions

• 4.1 Cap Drop:
  Solution: Adjusted the alignment and gripper position of the capping machine to ensure a firm grip.
• 4.2 Air Duct Bottle Entry blockages:
  Solution: Adjusted the air duct guardrail and optimized the blowing angles.
• 4.3 Low Bottle Liquid Level:
  Solution: Installed valve adjustment pads and adjusted the height of the liquid cylinder.
