Project Background

In 2019, we met a potential client from the Dominican Republic at a trade show in Colombia. This client runs a bottled water factory and at the time, had a 12,000 BPH bottled water production line and a 600 BPH 5-gallon bottled water line. However, they were facing significant operational instability and maintenance challenges with their existing production lines. While maintaining the current lines, the client sought to increase production capacity and was considering purchasing an additional bottled water filling line with a capacity of 18,000 BPH or 24,000 BPH.

Why the Client Chose Us

After understanding the client’s requirements, we sent a team of professional pre-sales engineers to visit their factory and conduct a thorough inspection of the existing production lines. During the visit, several issues were identified:

Bottle Unscrambler: The current bottle unscrambler was not functioning efficiently, leading to high waste rates and frequent bottle damage. Due to the design structure, we recommended replacing their current bottle unscrambler with a new one.
Old Filling Machines: The filling machines lacked essential parts. Specifically, the spring for the bottle clamp needed replacement, the water distribution tray was worn out and leaking, and the seals in the filling section were damaged. The cap tightening section also required a new anti-rotation blade and magnetic suction cups.
Shrink Wrapping Machine: The sealing knives, sealing strips, shrink tunnel conveyor belts, relays, and heating resistors all needed replacement.
Conveyor System: Due to inadequate lubrication, the bearings and chain sprockets were wearing out quickly.
Water Treatment System: Parts of the ozone generator, including the control panel and ozone generating tube, needed to be replaced.

After carefully reviewing these findings, the client expressed a strong desire for our company to service and maintain their existing filling lines. Once we confirmed the necessary parts with our technical team, we expedited the manufacturing of the required components and delivered them to the client within just one week. Upon installation, the production line ran smoothly, and the client was extremely satisfied. As a result, they decided to purchase a new bottle unscrambler from us. Once installed, this machine operated flawlessly, greatly reducing bottle breakage and further solidifying the client’s trust in our equipment.

Expanding Capacity:
After the challenging pandemic years, in 2022, the client approached us again, now looking to increase production. They inquired about the cost of a complete 24,000 BPH bottled water production line. After several rounds of discussion and proposal revisions, we finalized the pricing in 2023 and successfully signed a contract for the new 24,000 BPH filling line.

Successful Project Handover:
In early 2024, the client received all the equipment. They chose to install the system with their own team, while we provided online guidance and support. After a month of installation and commissioning, the new 24,000 BPH bottled water production line was up and running smoothly at their facility.

We provided the client with a comprehensive maintenance manual, a list of consumable parts for regular replacement, and committed to ongoing support. The client expressed high satisfaction with both the equipment and our services.

The customer received all the equipment in early 2024. They had their own team for installation and commissioning, and they initially decided to install the equipment themselves. We provided online guidance and support, and after a month of installation and commissioning, the 24,000 BPH bottled water production line was operating stably at the customer’s facility.

We provided the customer with a maintenance manual and a list of regularly required replacement parts, and regularly inquired about the production line’s condition. The customer was very satisfied with our equipment and service.
