The filling machine receives prepared beer and completes bottle rinsing, filling and closure before downstream handling.

Glass bottles enter the rinsing section before filling. Legacy BXGF documentation describes stainless-steel rinsing components and bottle-neck gripping.
Beer Filling
The documented BXGF machine uses internal isobaric filling. Legacy descriptions also reference vacuuming / deoxygenation functions intended to reduce oxygen inside the bottle before or during filling. The legacy filling-temperature reference is 0-4 degC.
Capping / Crowning
After filling, the glass bottle is closed with a crown cap. Legacy documentation describes cap sorting, cap detection and no-bottle/no-capping protection.
