Filling Technology
Juice & Still Beverage Filling Working Process
The RXGF series uses a hot-filling configuration for juice applications. Legacy SinoPAK data specifies micro-negative-pressure filling, with product temperature typically referenced at 85-90 degC.
Bottle Rinsing
Bottles enter the rinsing section through the transfer system. They are held at the neck and inverted for internal rinsing before being returned upright and transferred to filling.
Hot Juice Filling
The RXGF series uses a hot-filling configuration for juice applications. Legacy SinoPAK data specifies micro-negative-pressure filling, with product temperature typically referenced at 85-90 degC.
Capping
After filling, bottles are transferred directly to the capping section before downstream handling.
Pulp Filling
A dedicated stage introduces the fruit-pulp portion before liquid juice filling. Legacy data describes plug-valve pulp filling.
