   • Mold Inspection: Before starting the production, it is recommended to inspect the mold cavities with a copper rod to ensure no foreign objects are present. Using iron tools could damage the mold and should be avoided.
   • Shutdown Procedure: Upon shutdown, the engineers advised emptying the injection unit hopper and gradually cooling down the molds. The cooling system should remain active for 20-30 minutes after the mold temperature has been lowered to prevent damage.
3. Initial Production Considerations:
   The engineers also recommended running several cycles of preforms and inspecting them for defects before commencing full-scale production. This step ensures that any issues, such as neck defects or contamination, are identified and corrected early.
