1. Project Background

In March 2020, Mr. Francisco, the purchasing manager of a leading bottled water producer in the Dominican Republic, contacted SinoPAK TEC through our website. 4. Challenges and Solutions During Commissioning:

4.1 Bottles Tipping Over on the Conveyor:

Solution: The issue was resolved by adjusting the conveyor guardrails and modifying the conveyor motor speed.

4.2 Bottles Not Entering the Air Conveyor Smoothly:

Solution: We adjusted the air conveyor guardrails and fine-tuned the angle of the airflow to ensure smooth bottle transport.

4.3 Low Liquid Levels in Bottles:

Solution: We added valve adjustment shims and adjusted the height of the liquid cylinder to correct the liquid level in the bottles.
