Recently, they began experiencing persistent issues with the shrink wrapping machine, which led them to seek assistance from our company. However, when the shrink wrapper continued to malfunction, the client decided to purchase a new shrink wrapping machine from us.

4.1 Loose Packaging or Air Leaks:

Problem: The wrapped bottles may be loose, leading to product exposure or air intake.
Solution: We checked the tension settings of the film to ensure it was adjusted to the appropriate level, ensured that the film type and thickness met production requirements, and adjusted the heat shrink temperature and time settings to ensure a thorough shrinking process.

4.2 Film Damage or Tearing:

Problem: The film may tear or be damaged during the packaging process.
Solution: We checked the film roll for defects and ensured proper storage to avoid moisture and high temperatures, confirmed that the cutting tools and knives of the shrink wrapping machine were sharp and undamaged, and regularly maintained the equipment to ensure there were no sharp edges that could damage the film.
