12000BPH Bottled Water Production Line Project in Yemen

Production Reliability – anytime and anywhere

Project Name:12000BPH Bottled Water Production Line Project in Yemen

1. Project Background

In January 2023, Mr. Khaled contacted SinoPAK TEC through our partner in Yemen. As this was the client’s first venture into the water bottling industry, they had little knowledge of production lines. However, after careful discussions with our Yemeni partner and reviewing one of our production lines in Yemen, the client was impressed with our equipment and its performance.

2. Project Objectives:

The client required a fully automated, high-quality production line capable of producing 12,000 bottles per hour to meet their market needs.

3. Why the Client Chose SinoPAK TEC:

After multiple phone discussions to understand the client’s requirements, we assured them of the best after-sales service and support, which included sending engineers for installation and commissioning. The client was also reassured by seeing our production lines in operation in Yemen, which confirmed the high quality of our machines and the reliability of our after-sales service. This quickly convinced them to choose SinoPAK TEC.

4. Challenges and Solutions During Commissioning:

4.1 Post-Production Dripping:

  • Problem: After shutting down the production line, some dripping was observed from the filling nozzles.
  • Solution: This issue could be caused by damage to the filling nozzle tip. The nozzle should be removed and the tip repaired, ensuring the tip’s diameter does not exceed 7.5mm. After repairing, the surface of the nozzle tip should be smoothed with fine sandpaper. If the nozzle tip is undamaged, the issue might be due to a faulty ball valve inside the filling head, which should then be replaced.

4.2 Blow Molding Machine – Poor Bottle Formation:

  • Problem: Bottles were experiencing deformation and uneven wall thickness.
  • Solution: The mold temperature and blow pressure were checked and adjusted to ensure they were within the appropriate ranges.

4.3 Hot Melt Labeling Machine – Label Adhesion Issues:

  • Problem: Labels were not adhering properly to the bottles.
  • Solution: The temperature and flow rate of the hot melt adhesive were checked and adjusted. Both too low and too high temperatures can affect adhesion, so it was essential to maintain the correct settings.

4.4 Film Wrapping Machine – Frequent Film Jamming:

  • Problem: The film wrapping machine experienced frequent jamming and film cutting issues during the adjustment phase.
  • Solution: This was identified as a common issue during setup due to film quality and conveyor speed problems. The solution involved clearing the conveyor pathway to avoid debris causing the film to jam and maintaining the conveyor equipment regularly.

5. Client Feedback:

The production line successfully achieved the expected capacity of 12,000 bottles per hour. Our installation and commissioning team ensured all machines were correctly installed, connected the necessary utilities, and provided comprehensive employee training. This helped the client quickly meet market demand. Throughout the project implementation and commissioning phases, our technical team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency, which was highly appreciated by Mr. Khaled. He expressed great satisfaction with our after-sales support.
