Project Name：12000BPH juice filling line
In June 2024, this customer visited our company in China from Pakistan. Having previously seen our brand and having a juice production line project already operational in Pakistan, they contacted us. They also wanted a juice line, so they contacted us. They wanted to see the actual production line. Our company already has a juice line project in the domestic market, a glass bottle hot-fill line. Because it’s a relatively complete line, including all necessary juice filling equipment, such as water treatment and pre-mixing, we took them to our company for a field trip.
After the on-site tour, the customer gained a preliminary understanding of our equipment. Having some experience with beverage filling equipment, they were quite satisfied with our product quality. They then visited our company to confirm that we were the actual manufacturer of beverage filling line equipment and that we could provide reliable after-sales service. After that, they discussed their specific needs with us in our conference room. We provided them with a quote and discussed key issues such as payment methods and after-sales service. After providing the client with a quote, they requested further consultation with their boss. Following their response, we continued to follow up and revised the quote several times based on their needs. Ultimately, we settled on two juice production lines: a 12,000 BPH line for small-bottle juice and a 3,000 BPH line for 2L juice.

2.2 After the visit, the customer went to our actual production site in China to see the production line, which further deepened his understanding of our products and gave recognition to our quality.
2.3 After visiting our company, the customer confirmed that we are a direct manufacturer with a complete pre-sales and after-sales service team and an experienced technical team, which made the customer trust us.
3.1 What are the functions of the several ball valves corresponding to the reflux tank of the filling machine?
Solution: I explained each part based on the pictures sent by the customer.
3.2 Customer inquiries about the PLC indicator light issue
Reason for reply: The float in the reflux tank is high. The reflux pump is started, high level line number X11. The input light on the PLC is on.
3.3 The pressure of the homogenizer cannot reach 50 Pa under low pressure state, and the customer said there is liquid leakage.
Cause Analysis: The high-pressure handwheel may have been retracted too far, causing wear or cracking of the high-pressure shaft seal. Replacement is recommended.
This is included in the spare parts kit and can be easily replaced.
If there is no pressure in the low-pressure valve, check whether the feed is sufficient.
The customer replaced the seal according to our recommendations, and the issue has been resolved.

The customer was very satisfied with the solution we provided, especially the efficiency and stability of the production line and the timely after-sales service. They believed that this production line laid a solid foundation for the company’s future development and looked forward to continuing to benefit from our advanced technology and high-quality service in future cooperation.
