1. Project Background

In January 2022, Mr. Roberto, the purchasing manager of a company entering the bottled water industry for the first time, contacted SinoPAK TEC through our website. During our discussions, we learned that the client needed high-quality, stable equipment capable of producing a large output to meet their entry into the market.

2. Project Objectives:

  • High Production Capacity:
    The production line needed to achieve an output of 12,000 bottles per hour to meet current and future market demands.

    The production line needed to be compatible with different bottle sizes, specifically 500ml and 750ml, allowing for flexible production.

    The system needed to ensure precise filling, tight sealing, and complete packaging for every bottle, meeting international quality standards.

    The production line needed to align with the company’s sustainability strategy by optimizing energy consumption and reducing waste, ensuring environmental compliance.

4. Challenges and Solutions During Commissioning:

4.1 Bottles Tipping Over on the Conveyor:

  • Solution: We adjusted the conveyor guardrails and modified the speed of the conveyor motor to stabilize the bottles during transport.

4.2 Balancing Filling Accuracy and Speed:

  • Problem: While striving for high production capacity, slight fluctuations in filling accuracy were observed, leading to minor variations in the fill level of some bottles.
  • Solution: We introduced advanced flow control technology and optimized the operating parameters of the filling heads. This ensured that the filling system maintained precise consistency even at high speeds, guaranteeing accurate fill levels for

every bottle.

5. Client Feedback:

The client was extremely satisfied with the high level of automation of the production line. They found the equipment easy to operate, with a low failure rate, which significantly reduced labor costs and operational complexity. Mr. Roberto particularly praised our team’s ability to quickly resolve issues during the commissioning process, which ensured that the production line was up and running swiftly.
