1. Project Background

In April 2021, Mr. Saif, the owner of a water company in Yemen, contacted SinoPAK TEC with the goal of expanding his production capacity. His existing production line had a capacity of 5000 bottles per hour, but he needed a new facility and a completely new production line to increase output.

2. Project Objectives:

The client required a new production line capable of consistently producing 14,000 bottles per hour. The primary goal was to ensure stable operation and high-quality output.

3. Why the Client Chose SinoPAK TEC:

After numerous discussions on WhatsApp, we invited Mr. Saif to visit our factory in China. Impressed by the quality of our machines, Mr. Saif also had the opportunity to visit a production site using our equipment and witness the production process firsthand. He was highly satisfied and requested an identical production line. We assured him that we would install the same high-quality system for his new facility.

4. Challenges During Commissioning and Solutions Provided:

4.1 Blow Molding Machine Mold Jamming:

Problem: The mold was occasionally getting stuck during the opening or closing process, affecting production efficiency.
Solution: Regular lubrication and maintenance were carried out to ensure that the mold and mechanical components were well-lubricated, reducing the likelihood of jamming.

4.2 Hot Melt Labeling Machine – Label Misalignment:

Problem: Labels were being applied at a slant, leading to improper presentation.
Solution: The equipment was regularly cleaned to prevent glue residue and buildup, which could cause malfunctions and misalignment.

4.3 Palletizer Control System Issues:

Problem: The palletizer experienced control system issues, leading to irregular operation.
Solution: Our domestic engineers provided remote guidance to regularly update the control system software and back up data to prevent program failures from disrupting production.

4.4 Staff Forgetting How to Change Bottle Size Parts:

Problem: The client’s staff forgot how to change parts for different bottle sizes, despite prior training by our engineers during their visit.
Solution: We provided remote video guidance using a similar machine at our factory, successfully retraining the client’s staff on how to perform the bottle size changeover.

5. Client Feedback:

The production line successfully reached the targeted capacity of 14,000 bottles per hour, helping Mr. Saif achieve his goal of expanding production capacity. The client was extremely satisfied with our installation and commissioning engineers, even awarding them bonuses as a sign of appreciation for their professional work ethic and successful project delivery.
