Project Name: 15000BPH water filling line project

1. Project Background

After receiving an inquiry from this customer in 2023, we learned that they already had their own water production line and were an experienced manufacturer planning to add a new 12,000 BPH water production line. We initially provided them with a quote and shared some of our water production line case studies. During our conversations, they mentioned plans to visit our company in 2024, so we continued to follow up with them. Last October, a group of three from this customer visited our company. However, since their production workshop didn’t have a complete production line, they wanted to see a live production line. So, we took them to one of our water production facilities in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. The project involved a 15,000 BPH water production facility, encompassing everything from bottle blowing to palletizing. The customer was very satisfied with our equipment after the visit. We then returned to our company to plan an increase from the original 12,000 BPH to 15,000 BPH. We revised the quote and provided the customer with confirmation, and after their agreement, they signed the contract on the spot.

After the project was completed, the customer returned to our company for another inspection in April 2006. We connected the entire line for them in our workshop and they were very satisfied with the results. They also requested an additional 7L barrel filling machine and wanted to see our large barrel production line. We then took them to one of our large barrel production sites in Shandong to see our equipment in action. After their visit to Shandong, they signed a contract for the large barrel filling machine.

2. Why customers choose us

2.1 After the customer visited our company, they confirmed that we are a direct manufacturer with a complete pre-sales and after-sales service team and an experienced technical team, which made the customer trust us.

2.2 Because we took the customer on a tour of our actual customer’s production line, he saw all the equipment he needed. Our equipment operated stably on-site, and the customer recognized its quality, which increased their confidence in our product quality.

2.3 During the development of a 15,000 BPH waterline, a client asked us to customize some capping heads for their existing equipment. The equipment was from Serbia, but the supplier no longer manufactured it. So, the client requested our assistance and sent them samples. We customized the capping heads, and they are using them very well on-site, which has greatly increased their recognition of us.

3. Albania waterline after-sales service summary

3.1 Project Overview

The customer’s project is a 15000BPH waterline. The customer decided to purchase after visiting our company in October 2024. The whole line project was completed in April 2025. The customer came to our company to inspect the machine. After our company connected the whole line for the customer to test the machine, the customer was quite satisfied with the overall test result. The goods were shipped to the customer in May and arrived at the customer’s factory in July. The customer required our company to provide engineers for on-site installation and commissioning training. Since the customer’s side was in the peak production season, no extra workers could be provided to assist in the installation. The customer asked us to send 5-6 engineers to install them. Our company arranged a total of 6 engineers to go. After 1 month of installation and commissioning, the project was officially put into production.

3.2 Preparation before installation

Before the engineer arrived at the customer’s site, he provided the customer with a list of essential tools needed for on-site installation, including an angle grinder, hand drill, welding torch, hydraulic jack, taps and wrenches of various sizes, and so on, to ensure they were well prepared.

Based on the air pressure requirements of the equipment being delivered to the customer, the engineer asked the customer to prepare an air compressor system appropriate to their production capacity.

The customer was also instructed to make electrical preparations based on the previously provided power layout diagram for the water line.

3.3 Problems and solutions during installation and debugging

During the equipment installation and commissioning process, the engineer reported that due to limited space at the customer’s site, the unpowered conveyor at the rear of the film wrapping machine could not be installed. After consultation, our engineers decided to connect the conveyor directly to the palletizing machine.

The on-site engineer reported that the customer’s high-pressure air supply was unstable, resulting in underfilled bottles with uneven bottoms. After explaining the issue to the customer, they considered replacing the air compressor.

The blow molding machine was making excessive noise during the blow molding process. We later discovered a problem with the guide rails and sliders within the blow molding machine. After replacing the parts, the sound returned to normal operation.
