1. Review of historical cooperation

1.1 Initial cooperation (2021)

  • March 2021: Mr. Joshua made initial contact to purchase accessories for the carbonated beverage production line (three-month communication cycle).
  • September 2021: Contract signed for a 20,000 BPH 500ml carbonated beverage production line. Production was completed and shipped in December.
  • March 2022: SinoPAK engineers completed installation and commissioning, and the customer highly praised their technical capabilities.

1.2 Subsequent cooperation (2023)

New order:

  • 12,000 BPH water production line
  • 6,000 BPH milk filling and aluminum foil capping machine 

2. The core content of this visit

2.1 Equipment operation evaluation

2.1.1 Conducted comprehensive maintenance inspections on the three delivered production lines (carbonated beverages, water, and milk), focusing on:

  • Whether equipment stability and production efficiency meet standards.
  • Replacement requirements for wearing parts and spare parts inventory recommendations.

2.1.2 Customer feedback: Record problems encountered during equipment operation or optimization suggestions (such as energy consumption, maintenance convenience, etc.).

The on-site production efficiency of the 20,000 bph gas-containing line has basically reached the standard. Summary of existing problems and solutions: 1. The low-pressure air compressor could not be started, and the problem was solved by on-site video.

2.2 The relay module of the film wrapping machine occasionally trips, so the customer is asked to use a clamp meter to check whether the current of the relay module is stable to determine whether some heating lamps in the shrinking furnace are damaged.

2.2.1 The on-site production efficiency of the 12,000 bph gas-bearing line reached 100% of the target. Summary of existing problems and solutions:

The PVC sleeve labeling machine used on the customer’s production line was an old piece of equipment and could not keep up with production speed. The customer wanted to replace it with a 12,000 bph sleeve labeling machine, and Sinopak provided a solution.

2.2.2 The 6,000 bph milk filling line achieved 100% production efficiency. Summary of existing issues and solutions:
The customer’s old bottle unscrambler was unstable and not unscrambling bottles smoothly. We recommended replacing it with a new bottle unscrambler.

2.3 Customer demand exploration

Discuss Arenel’s expansion plans for the next 1-2 years:

  • The customer wanted to add a 2000 bph aerated line, primarily for 2L bottles. We finalized the specific requirements and provided a quote.
  • The customer wanted to replace the existing sleeve labeling machine on the 20,000 bph aerated line with hot melt adhesive labeling, as hot melt adhesive offers a more cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing labeling effect.

2.4 Service enhancement

Propose annual maintenance agreements or remote technical support solutions to enhance customer retention.
