Ongoing Support: While Mr. Chola needed time to complete the construction of his facility, the SinoPAK TEC team maintained regular communication through video calls, providing updates on their ongoing projects involving 2500BPH water production lines for other clients. This continuous support kept Mr. Chola informed and engaged, allowing him to stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.

By November 2022, Mr. Chola informed SinoPAK TEC that the construction of his factory was complete and requested the preparation of a contract. In response, SinoPAK TEC promptly began the production of the 2500BPH water line. By January 2023, the production was finished, and the equipment was shipped to Zambia.

Installation and Commissioning: In March 2023, Mr. Chola received the 2500BPH production line. Due to the high level of automation and ease of operation of the equipment, Mr. Chola decided that onsite engineering assistance from SinoPAK TEC was not necessary. Instead, the SinoPAK TEC team provided remote video guidance during the installation and commissioning process. Whenever Mr. Chola encountered issues, the team responded within 24 hours, enabling him to bring the production line into trial operation within just two weeks. Mr. Chola was thoroughly impressed and expressed his satisfaction with a thumbs-up!

Challenges During Installation:

1. Cap Misalignment During Capping:

   • Mr. Chola faced issues with caps being misaligned during the capping process. The SinoPAK TEC team advised checking the alignment between the capping mechanism and the bottle neck to ensure proper capping. This adjustment resolved the issue.

2. Temperature Control During Bottle Blowing:

   • Temperature control was another challenge during the bottle-blowing process. The SinoPAK TEC team recommended that Mr. Chola experiment with different temperature settings and record the results to determine the optimal temperature for his specific bottle preforms. This proactive approach helped establish the ideal temperature settings for future production.

Outcome: Through the collaborative efforts of SinoPAK TEC and Mr. Chola, the 2500BPH water production line was successfully installed and commissioned in Zambia. The project demonstrated SinoPAK TEC’s ability to provide comprehensive support, from factory layout design to remote troubleshooting during installation.
