• Solution: We adjusted the air blower’s airflow, added holes to the air conveyor channel, and fine-tuned the direction and strength of the airflow to ensure smooth bottle transport.

4.2 Bottles Scratching Against the Rinsing Infeed Plate:

• Solution: We trimmed a portion of the infeed plate and polished it to eliminate sharp edges, preventing scratches on the bottle surface.

4.3 Conveyor Chain Slipping Off the Track at Curves:

• Solution: We added rollers to the curved sections of the conveyor to keep the chain securely in place.
