Project Objectives:

   The new production line needed to achieve an output of 4,000 bottles per hour, using glass bottles with crown caps.

   The line was required to be highly automated to minimize manual intervention and maximize production efficiency.

4.1 Excessive Foam During Filling:

• Solution: The foaming issue was resolved by reducing the filling speed and pressure and controlling the temperature of the beer before filling.

4.2 Conveyor Belt Misalignment During Operation:

• Solution: We adjusted the tension of the conveyor belt and realigned the rollers to ensure even stress distribution and proper operation.
