5000BPH Bottled Water Production Line Project in the Dominican Republic

Production Reliability – anytime and anywhere

Project Name:5000BPH Bottled Water Production Line Project in the Dominican Republic

1. Project Background

In June 2022, Mr. Rafael, the owner of a startup company, contacted SinoPAK TEC through a referral from a previous Dominican client who had purchased equipment from our factory. As a newcomer to the water bottling industry, Mr. Rafael was eager to enter the market and needed reliable and stable equipment to start with a relatively small production capacity.

2. Project Objectives:

The client aimed to achieve a stable production capacity of 5000 bottles per hour, which was deemed a suitable choice for their initial foray into the water bottling industry. The primary requirement was for the production line to operate smoothly with minimal issues.

3. Why the Client Chose SinoPAK TEC:

After multiple phone conversations to clarify the client’s needs, we promised to provide the best after-sales service and support. We assured Mr. Rafael that we would dispatch engineers to assist with the installation and commissioning, which helped build his trust in SinoPAK TEC.

4. Challenges and Solutions During Commissioning:

4.1 Compatibility Issues with Bottle Conveyor:

  • Problem: During initial testing, the conveyor line experienced occasional misalignment and jamming due to the size differences between 350ml and 500ml bottles.
  • Solution: We optimized the conveyor line by adding an adjustable guide rail system, allowing it to automatically adapt to different bottle sizes. This ensured stability and smoothness during bottle transport.

4.2 Balancing Filling Accuracy and Speed:

  • Problem: While striving for high production capacity, there were slight fluctuations in filling accuracy, resulting in minor variations in the fill level of some bottles.
  • Solution: We introduced advanced flow control technology and optimized the operating parameters of the filling heads. This enabled the filling system to maintain precise consistency even at high speeds, ensuring accurate fill levels for every bottle.

4.3 Loose Screws in the Blow Molding Machine:

  • Problem: The blow molding machine exhibited some loose screws, which concerned the client.
  • Solution: After communication, we clarified that certain screws were intentionally left slightly loose for proper machine function and advised the client that no adjustment was needed.

4.4 Staff Forgetting How to Change Bottle Size Parts:

  • Problem: The client’s staff forgot how to change the parts for different bottle sizes, despite having been trained during the engineer’s visit to the factory.
  • Solution: We provided remote video guidance using a similar machine at our factory, successfully retraining the client’s staff on how to perform the bottle size changeover.

5. Client Feedback:

The production line successfully achieved the expected capacity of 5000 bottles per hour, significantly improving the client’s production efficiency and enabling them to quickly meet market demand. Throughout the project implementation and commissioning phases, our technical team demonstrated professionalism and efficiency, which was greatly appreciated by the client. Mr. Rafael expressed high satisfaction with our after-sales support and is confident in the future benefits of continuing to work with SinoPAK TEC.
