8000BPH Tequila Glass Bottle Filling Line Project in Mexico

Production Reliability – anytime and anywhere

Project Name:8000BPH Tequila Glass Bottle Filling Line Project in Mexico

1. Project Background

Project Overview: In August 2021, Mr. Marcos, a client from Mexico, discovered SinoPAK TEC through our website while searching for a manufacturer capable of providing glass bottle filling equipment. Mr. Marcos is located in a region famous for its tequila production, and while he already had the expertise in tequila distillation, there were no existing tequila bottling facilities in the area. Seizing the opportunity, Mr. Marcos decided to invest in a new tequila bottling production line.

2. Project Objectives:

  • Production Capacity:
The production line needed to achieve an output of 8,000 bottles per hour, handling multiple bottle shapes and cap types, all on the same production line.

  • Automation Level:
The line was required to be highly automated to minimize manual intervention and maximize production efficiency.

  • Equipment Configuration:
The production line had to include full-process equipment, covering washing, filling, capping, and labeling, ensuring seamless coordination between all stages.

  • Quality Control:
The equipment needed to feature strict quality control systems to ensure that the tequila produced met international drinking standards.

3. Why the Client Chose SinoPAK TEC:

Given the variety of glass bottle shapes and the need for different labeling requirements—such as dual and triple labels—SinoPAK TEC provided tailored solutions that met Mr. Marcos’s specific needs. We offered a single filling machine capable of handling multiple bottle shapes. For the capping process, we proposed using a shared capping machine for aluminum caps with similar materials, while providing a separate capping machine for another cap type. The labeling process was addressed by incorporating two different labeling machines to accommodate the varied labeling requirements.

Through multiple detailed discussions, Mr. Marcos was impressed by our professionalism and was very satisfied with our proposed solutions.

4. Challenges and Solutions During Commissioning:

4.1 Caps Getting Stuck in the Vibratory Feeder:

  • Solution: The issue was resolved by adjusting the bending angle of the cap chute to allow smoother cap feeding.

4.2 Failure of Adhesive Labeling Machine to Apply Labels:

  • Solution: The problem was due to the incorrect positioning of the photoelectric sensor, which caused it to miss the precise labeling position on the bottles. Adjusting the sensor’s position resolved the issue.

5. Client Feedback:

Mr. Marcos expressed great satisfaction with the solutions provided by SinoPAK TEC, particularly praising the efficiency and stability of the production line and the promptness of our after-sales service. He acknowledged that this production line has laid a solid foundation for the future growth of his company and looks forward to continuing to benefit from SinoPAK TEC’s advanced technology and high-quality service in future collaborations.
