1. 3. Third-level pretreatment system: Use high-quality resin to soften the water, mainly to reduce the hardness of the water, remove calcium and magnesium ions (scale) in the water and perform intelligent resin regeneration. Automatic filtration system, using imported brand automatic water softener, the system can automatically (manually) backwash.
4.The fourth-stage pretreatment system: the dual-stage 5μm pore size precision filter is used to further purify the water, optimize the turbidity and color of the water, and ensure the safe water inlet requirements of the RO system.
5.Main unit of pure water treatment equipment: Reverse osmosis technology is used for desalination treatment to remove heavy metals and other impurities harmful to human body, such as calcium, magnesium, lead and mercury, reduce the hardness of water, the desalination rate is more than 98%, and the production reaches national standards Pure water.
6. Sterilization system: use ultraviolet sterilizer or ozone generator (determined according to different types) to improve the shelf life. To improve the effect, the ozone and water should be fully mixed, and the concentration should be adjusted to the ratio.
7. One-time washing: the inner and outer walls of the bottle are washed with a stainless steel semi-automatic bottle washing machine, and the amount of water to be washed is adjustable.
8. Secondary rinse (the source of the water is pure water): a stainless steel semi-automatic bottle washer can be used to clean the inner and outer walls of the bottle, and the amount of cleaned water can be adjusted.
