This machine series is a comprehensive system that seamlessly integrates several functions, encompassing rinsing, a rinser-filler-capper monoblock, an automatic loading machine, exterior bottle washer, interior bottle washer, decapper, heating shrink tunnel, conveyor system, and a complete line control system.
The primary machine unit is an all-in-one solution that combines the functions of washing, drying, filling, and capping for the production of 3-5 gallon barrels of drinking water. The washing process involves a series of steps, including initial washing with alkaline solution for both the interior and exterior to remove contaminants. Subsequently, disinfecting water is used for both interior and exterior washing, followed by a final rinse with pure water. The alkaline and disinfecting water are efficiently recycled in a closed-loop system. The entire process of washing, filling, and sealing is precisely controlled by a PC and incorporates safety features for interlocking, signaling, and self-detection.
