This machine series is a comprehensive solution that seamlessly integrates a range of essential functions. It includes rinsing, a rinser-filler-capper monoblock, an automatic loading machine, exterior bottle washing, interior bottle washing, decapping, a heating shrink tunnel, a conveyor system, and a complete line control system.

The primary machine unit combines the key processes of washing, drying, filling, and capping to produce 3-5 gallon barrels of drinking water. The washing sequence consists of multiple stages: first, an alkaline solution is used for both interior and exterior washing to remove contaminants. Then, the bottles undergo disinfection with treated water, followed by a final rinse with pure water. The alkaline and disinfecting water are reused in a closed-loop system for efficiency. The entire process of washing, filling, and sealing is meticulously controlled by a PC and incorporates safety features for interlocking, signaling, and self-detection.
