The 5 gallon water bottling filling machine unit combines the core functions of washing, drying, filling, and capping for the production of 3-5 gallon barrels of drinking water. The washing process involves a series of stages, beginning with the use of alkaline liquid for thorough interior and exterior cleaning to effectively remove contaminants. Subsequently, both the interior and exterior are meticulously cleansed using disinfecting water, followed by a final rinse with pure water. The alkaline and disinfecting water are efficiently recycled in a closed-loop system. The entire process of washing, filling, and sealing is precisely monitored and controlled by a PC, featuring safety mechanisms for interlocking, signaling, and self-detection.
